Definitely the very friendly and accommodating staff. Great rooms for the price and truly central- midway between the university area and the palace. My room had direct view of the plaza.

There is construction going on directly below to finish up the sidewalk/plaza area, but if you are getting up early anyway to take in Napoli, then it shouldn't be much of a bother. Do note that street traffic and noise is common during the day and early eve. Additionally, a couple of rooms are far from the wifi hub, but you can take your laptop to the reception/dining area, but truly the hotel could easily address this issue.
